Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require the cancellation of a project. Below is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Before Project Initiation: If a project is canceled before work begins, a full or partial refund may be processed based on prior agreements.
Cancellation After Project Initiation: Once work has started, any cancellation will be subject to the completed milestones. Refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
Subscription-Based Services: If the client subscribes to ongoing maintenance or support services, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Force Majeure: If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control, we will work towards a fair resolution.
