Return & Refund Policy

At Infigrity IT Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

Service-Based Refunds: Once a project has commenced, refunds will not be provided for work already completed.

Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before commencement, a partial refund may be considered based on the agreement.

Non-Refundable Services: Any digital products, licenses, or third-party integrations purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please reach out to us at contact@infigrityit.com, and we will work towards a resolution.
