Making Business Support Legible Before the First Call
DeskWork & Co. is a professional business support partner helping small to medium businesses streamline operations, manage client relationships, and stay organised. We built a site structured around DeskWork's five-part 'Operational Foundation,' so a prospective client can see exactly what kind of support is on offer before booking a consultation.

Selling Structure to Businesses Drowning in Operational Noise
Growing businesses often reach a point where administrative and operational work outpaces their team's capacity, but hiring in-house isn't yet justified. DeskWork & Co. exists for exactly that gap - the site needed to make the case clearly.
We built a WordPress site that moves from pitch straight into proof: the Operational Foundation, then pricing, then real client names - so nobody has to guess what happens after they book.
Goal
Letting a Prospect Size Their Own Support Before Talking to Anyone
The goal was to remove the guesswork from an intangible service - virtual business support - by making the framework and pricing visible upfront rather than gated behind a sales call.
Five pricing tiers, from Basic to Premium, let a visitor self-select the right level of support based on the size of their business, arriving at a consultation already informed rather than starting from zero.
Challenge
Explaining an Intangible Service Without It Feeling Vague
Virtual business support covers a wide range of work - admin, finance, CRM, marketing, process - and describing it abstractly risks sounding like generic outsourcing rather than a structured service.
The solution named the five pillars explicitly as an 'Operational Foundation,' then backed each with concrete deliverables and real client logos, so the offer read as a defined system rather than a vague promise.
Process
Turning an Intangible Service Into a Concrete Structure
The five-pillar framework and tiered pricing came out of discovery first, since DeskWork's core challenge was explaining a service that's hard to picture without a concrete structure to hang the explanation on.
The WordPress build was structured so DeskWork's own team could update pricing and client logos directly, tested with their team before launch rather than assumed to work.
Technology
A WordPress Build for a Clear Service-to-Pricing Path
A custom WordPress theme structured around the five-pillar framework and tiered pricing, built so DeskWork's team can update pricing and client logos directly as the business grows.
FAQ and testimonial sections were built as content types the team owns, keeping the page's most-changed content (pricing, client names) out of developer hands.
Impact
A Site That Sells Structure, Not Just a Vague Service
The rebuilt site gives DeskWork & Co. a homepage that turns an intangible service into a defined five-pillar framework with transparent pricing, so a prospective client arrives at a consultation already sold on the structure.
