A Digital Front Door for One of India's Largest IT Training Networks
Raj Computers Academy (RCA) is the training division of Raj Software Technology (India) Ltd. - 24 years, 110+ franchise centres across four states, and affiliated centres in five countries. We rebuilt their Ahmedabad website on WordPress to carry that scale online: a searchable catalogue of 70+ government-certified courses, real student outcomes, and a way for a prospective student to trust the institute before ever visiting a branch.

Context
A 24-Year Institute Now Competing With a Search Bar
Most students now decide which training institute to trust before they ever visit one - by searching, comparing course lists, and reading reviews. RCA had the track record (600,000+ students trained since 1996, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and recognition as India's top Tally trainer) but no website built to put that record in front of a searching student.
The brief was to build a site that could carry all of it: a large, filterable course catalogue spanning short-term and career programs, three real Ahmedabad branch locations, and the kind of social proof - real Google reviews, a student portfolio wall - a training institute's marketing usually can't show.

Goal
Making a 70-Course Catalogue Easy to Search, Not Just List
The goal was to turn a genuinely large course list - from short certificate courses to full career diplomas - into something a visitor could search and filter in seconds rather than scroll through a wall of text.
Course discovery needed to sit alongside proof: government certification, a placement guarantee, and branch-specific Google reviews, so a prospective student could go from searching to confident enough to enquire in one visit.

Challenge
Presenting Three Branches and Hundreds of Reviews Without Clutter
RCA runs three active Ahmedabad locations (Sarkhej, Shahalam, TP 85), each with its own Google rating and reviews, plus a student portfolio spanning dozens of real graphic design projects. The challenge was surfacing all of it - branches, 200+ reviews per location, course-specific FAQs - without turning the homepage into a wall of information nobody reads.
The solution grouped content by intent: course search up front for visitors who already know what they want, a scrollable portfolio and blog for visitors still exploring, and live, branch-specific Google review widgets further down for visitors doing final due diligence before choosing a centre.

Process
Structuring Content Before Designing a Single Screen
With three branches, a 70+ course catalogue and hundreds of reviews to organise, the first step was deciding what content type each piece of information actually needed - course, branch, review, blog post - before any page was designed.
Once that structure was settled, the WordPress build and course search/filter were developed against real content from day one, not placeholder text swapped out later.
Technology
A Fast, Searchable WordPress Build
A custom WordPress theme with structured content types for courses, blog posts and portfolio entries, backing a live course search/filter, embedded Google review widgets per branch, and inquiry forms wired to the academy's team.
Built for a mobile-first audience - most prospective students in this market search and enquire from a phone - with fast page loads and a course catalogue that stays usable at any screen size.
Impact
A Website That Now Does Some of the Convincing
The rebuilt site gives RCA a searchable home for its full course catalogue, live social proof from three branches, and a student portfolio that shows real outcomes - turning what used to require a branch visit into something a prospective student can evaluate online first.
